Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the lighting items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack with Care
Place the lamp and all components back into their original protective foam and cardboard packaging to prevent breakage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the fixture, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
