Most of our lamps are compatible with standard E26 or E12 base bulbs, including LED, CFL, and incandescent options. Please check the specific product page for the maximum wattage and base type required.
How do you ensure fragile items arrive safely?
We use double-walled corrugated boxes and custom-molded foam inserts to protect glass shades and delicate frames. Every shipment is insured against breakage during transit.
Do you offer free shipping on lighting fixtures?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. For smaller items or international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy if the lamp doesn't match my decor?
We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. If the lamp isn't the right fit for your space, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
Are your lamps dimmable?
Many of our table and floor lamps feature built-in dimmers. For hardwired fixtures, dimmability depends on the bulb used and your home's wall switch compatibility.
How do I clean and maintain my new lamp?
We recommend dusting with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or water on metal finishes and fabric shades to prevent tarnishing or staining.
